All POLYURESTONE wall panels and products must be received in their original condition and in their original packing boxes for refund. Partial returns are not accepted. A credit will be issued once the returned merchandise is received and inspected, less shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be received prior to 60 days following the date of purchase. (Download)
